Fitness
The newest addition to Highland's offerings is group fitness classes. At this time, we are offering women-only classes three evenings per week. These sessions are a hard workout in a fun and laid back group setting. We are convinced that exercise is essential for overall health and consistency is key. Moreover, we are convinced that a group setting is best to promote consistency.

From HIIT to core and stretching and lower impact classes, we have it all covered with experienced and energetic coaches.
